1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alexz.us, a website and digital service created by Dr. Alex Zolotov ("Alexz.us", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Alexz.us.

2. What Alexz.us provides

Alexz.us provides educational, self-reflective and personal-development services, including the Triadic Profile, Triadic Intelligence™ tools, resources and related content. These tools are designed to support reflection and learning.

Some guidance on Alexz.us may be AI-assisted. AI-assisted content can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as material for your own reflection, not as authoritative advice.

3. Not medical, mental-health or emergency care

Alexz.us, the Triadic Profile and all related tools are educational and self-reflective. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace a qualified professional.

Alexz.us is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

4. Your decisions

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any you take after using Alexz.us content, the Triadic Profile or AI-assisted guidance.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Please tell us through the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the service; attempt to access other users' data or restricted areas; circumvent payment or access controls; copy, scrape or resell content; upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material; or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Alexz.us content, including Triadic Intelligence™ materials, text, visuals, the Triadic Profile presentation and software, is owned by Dr. Alex Zolotov or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. The answers you provide remain yours.

8. Plans and billing

Free · Start — available without payment and includes your first Triadic Profile and access to public content.

Member · Continue — a recurring subscription at USD $14.99 per month (your payment form may display an approximate local-currency amount). The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Personalized · Adapt — Coming Soon. It is not currently available for purchase.

If we change the Member price, we will give notice in advance, and the new price will apply only from a later billing period.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Alexz.us Member · Continue is a recurring monthly subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have Member access until that period ends and will not be charged for the next billing period.

We generally do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a technical billing problem, please contact us through the Contact page on Alexz.us so the transaction can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep Alexz.us available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, modify or discontinue features for reasonable reasons, such as security, legal requirements or product development. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you are subscribed to, we will give reasonable notice and you may cancel.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alexz.us is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or any particular outcome. Results of self-reflection vary and are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

14. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Alexz.us after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
