Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide

• Account information, such as your email address, password (stored by our authentication system, not readable by us) and, if you add it, your first name.
• Profile and assessment responses you give when creating a Triadic Profile.
• Journey and check-in information, saved questions and reflections.
• Feedback on resources, such as marking whether a resource was useful.
• Information you send through the Contact form: name, email, subject and message.

2. Information generated through use of the service

• Profile results and the visual picture derived from your responses.
• Which assessment version you completed and when.
• Your Profile and Journey history.
• Account and membership status, such as plan, subscription status and billing-period dates.
• Basic service and security logs, such as technical request information used to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.

3. Payments

Paid membership transactions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered into the payment provider's secure form. Alexz.us does not store complete payment-card details. We receive and store limited information needed to manage your membership, such as a customer reference, subscription status and billing-period dates.

4. How we use information

• To provide the service.
• To create and maintain your Profile.
• To provide Journey and personalisation features.
• To manage your account and membership, and to process and support subscriptions.
• To respond to Contact requests.
• For security and abuse prevention.
• To improve the reliability and functionality of the service.
• To meet legal and compliance requirements where applicable.

5. AI-assisted processing

Some Alexz.us functionality may use AI-assisted processing to support educational, self-reflective and personal-development experiences. This processing is not medical diagnosis, clinical assessment or clinical decision-making.

6. Personal and sensitive reflections

Profile, assessment, Journey and reflection responses may contain personal or sensitive information about your thoughts, circumstances or wellbeing. Please avoid submitting information you do not want processed by the service.

7. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Alexz.us, such as hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, email or communications, analytics and AI infrastructure, where these are used. These providers process information to deliver their services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain your account and Profile history, to meet legitimate operational, security and legal needs, or until it is deleted where applicable. Past Profiles are kept as part of your history while your account exists.

You can request deletion of your account from your Account page. Deletion is not automatic: your request is recorded and handled manually, and your stored information remains until the request is processed. We will confirm by email when it is complete. Some limited records, such as payment and billing records, may need to be kept longer where required by law.

9. Your choices

• View your Profile and history by signing in to your account.
• Add or change your first name in your Profile.
• Cancel a Member subscription at any time from your Account.
• Request deletion of your account from your Account page.
• Send privacy questions or requests through the Contact page.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls that limit each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Alexz.us is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, please let us know through the Contact page.

12. International use

Alexz.us may be accessed from different countries, and information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Where local law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For material changes we will give reasonable notice.
