Dr. Alex Zolotov

Dr. Alex Zolotov, Ph.D., LPC, is a psychologist, systems thinker, researcher, and creator of Triadic Intelligence™ and the SLTM method.

With more than four decades of professional experience in psychology and psychotherapy, his work explores the intersection of psychological science, systems thinking, cognitive science, and practical models of human development.

His work focuses on a central challenge: how complex human experience can be understood clearly enough to become useful in everyday life.

Science × Psychology × Practical application

At the intersection of science and practice

Alex Zolotov's work brings together psychological thinking, systems approaches, cognitive science, and practical model-building.

Rather than examining human experience through a single variable or label, his work explores how multiple dimensions interact as part of a larger human system.

Triadic Intelligence™ emerged from this multidimensional perspective: a framework intended to make complex patterns easier to observe, organize, and use in self-reflection and purposeful action.

My approach

From insight to meaningful change

The Triadic approach looks beyond what is happening at a single moment. It also asks where a situation is leading and what patterns, mechanisms, or actions keep it moving.

Together, these perspectives create a structured way to examine a situation without reducing the person to a single score, trait, or label.

Explore the approach
  1. What

    What is happening?

The current situation across the relevant dimensions.

  2. Whither

    Where is this taking me?

    Direction, trajectory, and longer-term implications.

  3. How

    What keeps it going?

Patterns, mechanisms, conditions, and actions that sustain or redirect the process.

Understand.
Integrate.
Evolve.

Real applications.
Real lives.

Triadic Intelligence™ is designed as a framework for structured self-reflection across different areas of life. Its multidimensional perspective can be used to explore patterns involving personal development, relationships, career direction, decision-making, and well-being.

The purpose is not to provide a single answer, but to make complexity easier to examine and turn reflection into more intentional action.

  • A person sitting on a rock looking out over sunlit mountains

    Personal growth

    Greater self-understanding and clearer patterns.

  • Two people sitting together looking at a bright mountain lake

    Relationships

Exploring connection, interaction, and recurring patterns.

  • A hiker walking a bright mountain trail toward the horizon

    Career & purpose

Clarifying direction, priorities, and meaningful goals.

  • Balanced stones beside a calm lake

    Well-being

Exploring balance, resources, and sustainable patterns.

A different way to understand yourself.

Triadic Intelligence™ provides a structured way to explore your experience from multiple perspectives and see how different dimensions interact.
